Our Feedback Process

Step One - Talk to us

  • Tell us at any appointment, or
  • Call our client service team and tell them, or
  • Send it to us from our website, or
  • Use our feedback form (download here)

Formal complaints can be made in the same way

Step Two - We listen and learn

We read feedback regularly

If you tell us you want a response, we'll get in touch within two weeks

Step Three - Find a solution

Wherever possible, we'll talk with you to find a solution

If we can't, you can ask to involve our Chairperson as well as external complaint handling groups such as the Legal Practice Board and the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service

Step Four - Always Improving

We're always trying to do better!

If your feedback helps us improve, that's great! We consider feedback as part of our ongoing service review process

Legal Health Check

Not sure if your client needs our services? Did you know that less than ten percent of Australians account for nearly two thirds of legal problems?

Typically, these problems are clustered with non-legal problems. Unresolved, legal problems can put a persons housing, employment or safety at risk.

The Legal Health Check is a simple set of questions that you can talk through with your Client. It sets out specific questions that help to identify potential legal issues in their lives.

We encourage you to read and consider if the Legal Health Check may be a useful tool for your Client. Where a person answers ‘Yes’ or ‘Unsure’ to any question, they may benefit from talking to our team.
